Anything for Oprah

2025

When three college students will do anything to see Oprah, they discover their wiles may not be as foolproof as they think.

Beau, Mia, Nick and I created this as our final project for our introductory Visual Storytelling class at Chapman. The idea was sparked by the craze we all experience when our favorite celebrity is coming to Chapman and we scramble to secure a ticket.

High Up

2025

When a shaky relationship is tested by an unforgiving landscape, something has to give so they can get home.

Arman and I created this film for our 3rd exercise in an introductory filmmaking class at Dodge College at Chapman. Arman took on more of the writing and direction, and I focused on cinematography and editing. We both had a hand in all aspects of the film and collaborated productively.

Last Breath

2025

When two soldiers find themselves one gas mask short, they will do anything to survive.

I produced this for the 2024 Chapman Dodge Film & TV application creative prompt, "Without using dialogue, create a film that is under two minutes and is about a character making a difficult decision." I also submitted it to LMU's film production application. I was accepted to both schools and now attend Dodge college. Since I submitted it I expanded the edit and composed an original score.

The Worst That Could Happen

2024

When Ralph Anderson reluctantly rejects a part of a dish served by a prestigious American restaurant, neither him nor his friend Hunter find themselves prepared for what comes next.

I created this for my filmmaking class final in my junior year of high school. We wrote it in two days, shot it over two more, and I was editing, scoring, and working on VFX for 4 months after that. The idea originated from giving the main character strong anxiety, and thinking, what if all his fears come true?

Song of the Birds

2024

When a self-conscious poet finds his work discovered by strangers, he has to overcome his fear of sharing his gift.

I originally created this for a 48 hour film contest my high school film club put together in 2023, and after we submitted it I took some time to let the edit breathe and composed an original score.
